Internet Concepts offers you the convenience of having your credit card or checking account automatically charged, by the due date, for the amounts you owe. You will still receive an invoice itemizing the charges, but you will no longer have to send a payment or initiate a payment on our web site. There is no extra charge for this service and you can cancel it at any time.
To activate this service, please print, complete, sign and return the applicable authorization form below. These authorizations forms are required for our mutual protection and in order to comply with certain regulations.
