Shopping Cart

It's a Shopping Cart with a built in and automated Warehouse and 1-Click Inventory System. It's also an Intranet and Extranet, with Real-time Reporting, Real-time Shipping and Real-time Credit Card Processing. Feature-for-Feature, it is an extremely powerful e-Commerce Solution for doing business on the web.

      Offer 100,000, 200,000 or more products, with the click of your mouse.
    2. Unlimited Categories
      Sell all kinds of products, such as house wares, dry goods and hardware? No problem! Give your customers the option of browsing to their product of choice by navigating your product categories. It's just like an index!

      2. Images and icons supported Put a small cpu icon next to your CPU's category, or a little gift image next to your Gifts category.

      1. Customer One customer gets the hat for $10, but another sees the price as $12. Wholesalers support is also included. You can discount one item, a few items or your entire inventory!
      2. Modifier The red shirt is $20, but the blue shirt is $22.
      3. Login! Some web sites are subscription only. Some web sites require you to have an account first. Some web sites want you to login first before you can actually buy anything. You have the option to set special pricing for special customers by their login.
    10. Dynamic "BuyNow" button
      Show it, or not, and allow Modifier selections.
      1. Modifier selection All Modifiers, such as red, green, v-neck, lace, button-fly, etc will display next to your BuyNow button where your customer can either Preview that product first, or click the BuyNow button.
      2. Back-order/Pre-order Control whether or not the BuyNow button even shows up, based on your quantity in stock. If an item is out of stock, then you can allow or disallow the purchase of that item.
    11. Freebie Item
      Offer a freebie! i.e."Buy 1 get 1 free!" Or, "Buy 4 of these, and get the 5th free!" Or, "Buy 2 hats, get a shirt free!" That's flexible!
    12. Unlimited Coupons
      Issue one or more coupons and apply each to one or more products. Each Coupon you create can also have an expiration date, so that your customers cannot use it after a designated date. You can even set how many of an item are allowed to be be purchased, i.e. Do not let customers use Coupon-5 past July 3rd and do not let them apply this coupon to more than 3 hats. Very flexible!
    13. Unlimited "Related Items" and "Impulse Buy" products
      Tempt your customers with any number of other products during Checkout, i.e. If your customer is buying a truck, you can tempt them to also buy a roll-bar and fog lights to go with it!

      1. User Session Enabled Javascript not required! If your visitor gets bumped offline, or accidentally closes their browser while they still have items in their cart, the code has already assigned a customer number to them. So, the next time that visitor comes to your site, it will pre-fill their cart. They just pick up where they left off!
      2. Session-loss Trapping
        No more empty carts! Customers' cart contents are:
        1. Encrypted for privacy
        2. Passed via session
        3. Passed via cookies

      1. Pre-filled Customer Info If your customer is returning, the cart will automatically fill in the Billing & Shipping information for them!
      2. vCard Enabled If the customers has entered their personal information into their web browser or is using the Microsoft Wallet, the Checkout page will be pre-filled with this information.
      3. DHTML Enabled If the customers Shipping Info will be the same as their Billing Info, then a box can be checked, and when it is, the Shipping Info section will completely disappear from the screen. Less fields on Checkout result in site "stickiness" and customer retention.
      4. Expanded Alt Text Easy to read Help buttons/effects walk your customers right thru your Checkout page, which helps prevent abandoned carts.
      5. Automatic weight detection If the cart sees that you are only buying downloadable or printable (digital) goods, then your customers will never be presented with any Shipping info. The shorter your Checkout page is, the better!

    18. Flat-rate Shipping
      Do you wish to charge a flat rate for an item? How about discounted shipping? You're covered and these features can even be mixed with real-time shipping, too!
      1. by Order Cost Free, or $xx shipping charge for orders over $xx.
      2. by Order Weight Free, or $xx shipping charge for orders over xx Lbs/Kgs.

      4. Percentage (%) of Total Calculate shipping as a percentage. The percentage can be determined by how many items, total weight or total cost of the order.

      By State, by Province, by Country, you name it. The Taxes Editor in the Intranet allows you to collect, or not collect tax, based on location AND set the rate (percent %) for each.     23. Invoicing/Receipt
      Now that your customer has made it through Checkout, they will reach a very nice looking Receipt (invoice) page that can be printed and saved. Your customers can, optionally, access their receipts, at any time, from the Extranet interface.
      1. Successful Payment Shipments are automatically queued up for the day for processing, and digital goods are immediately accessible/downloadable.
      2. Unsuccessful Payment & Manual Payment If your customer's credit card is declined or if they elect to pay by check or some other manual means, they can complete the order, but their Receipt will show as "Awaiting Payment". You'll mark the order as "Completed" after you have receive satisfactory payment.
    24. Order Processing
      What exactly happens now that an order has been placed?
      1. Automated emails
        Upon completion of an order, the following emails are automatically sent (these can also be disabled):
        1. Sales Manager Alert. Order details can be automatically emailed to your sales manager, warehouse, etc. notifying them of the order.
        2. Customer Thank You. Your customer is thanked for their order, and hyperlinks are provided for access to your Extranet, order details, order tracking, etc.
        3. Actual Manufacturer Alert. Sometimes you may wish for your vendor or a third party to get notification of the order as well.
      2. Automatic database entry All customer and order information is recorded in the database. Customers can immediately access the Extranet for order details and you can immediately access all information through the Intranet.
      3. Intranet Orders Editor View an order, edit an order, mark it as shipped, mark it as awaiting payment, assign a new tracking number to an individual item within an order. You name it! Customers are automatically emailed too, as soon as their order, or an item within their order, is marked as shipped, or there is a change in the order status. Your customers are always informed!
  2. Web-based Intranet
    This is the internal Administrative Console, used to configure/manage your e-Commerce activities.

    2. 1-Click Inventory
      The Inventory Control Center (ICC) is your one-screen, one-click product editor. Edit such things as:
      1. SKU/Serial#
      2. Barcode
      3. Item Location Building#, Row, Shelf, Bin#, etc.
      4. Manufacturer selections Web site displayed Manufacturer and Actual Manufacturer don't necessarily need to be the same. This also works for Vendor selection, if you are a Value Added Reseller (VAR), or for "branding" your products.
      5. Item/Product Name
      6. Product Description
      7. Category selection Define one or more categories for your products, i.e. house ware, software or hardware, etc.
      8. Thumbnail and large image selection Web-based file upload are supported. FTP not needed. Upload new graphics for your products by merely using your browser.
        1. Image Preview included! Automatically preview images before assigning them to a products. It also shows what images are already assigned to which products.

      10. Weight Lbs and Kgs are supported!
      11. Package Dimensions Length, Width, and Height fields.
      12. Quantity In Stock (QIS) Editable. It is also editable with the Modifiers Editor, i.e. We have 3 red hats and 4 blue hats in stock. However, the hat item itself, would be 1 inventory item, but with numerous Modifiers applied to it. You don't have to enter the same item information more than once.
      13. Ship Time selection "Ships in 24-48 Hours" or "Currently on Back-Order" or "Ready for Download", etc.
      14. Allow Back-Order Should we allow ordering of this product if its QIS reaches zero (0)?
      15. Flat-rate Shipping charge, if any
      16. Handling charge, if any
      17. Taxable Handling Apply tax to the Handling charge?
      18. Your Cost and Retail Cost
      19. Taxable Item Should tax apply to this product, or not?
      20. Unit of Measurement Item, Carton, Box, Pallet, Zip file, Case, Bottle, Oz, Quart, etc.
      21. Sale Item & Discount Percentage (%).
      22. Quantity Discount Buy 4, get the 5th for free. Buy 1 get 1 free! etc.
      23. Show It, Enable/Disable Enter the products into your inventory/database, but show, or not show, the item on your web site.
      24. Related Items selection Tempt your customers with one or more "Impulse Buy" products.
      25. Item selection i.e."Get a free xxxx when you buy this item," etc.
      26. Internal Notes Make internal notes on the product. For your eyes only and not displayed on your web site.
    3. Pages Editor
      The Pages Editor is what your web site template uses, when dynamically generating your web site"pages". All page content, layout, colors, meta tags, images etc are all controlled from this Pages Editor. There is never a need for you to upload/download static html files via ftp again! Everything is controlled from your Intranet.

      1. Page Name What's the name for this page, i.e. About, Contact, History, etc.? These page names (example: pg=products), are what is used to generate pages and create menu items for display through your Template.
      2. META Author Who is the creator/editor for this web site page?
      3. META Description Enter a good description of the page, i.e. This is our "About Us" page, it tells company history, etc.
      4. META Keywords Besides Description, Keywords are good "Search Engine food". Search Engines such as Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, AOL, MSN, InfoSeek and others use this info to correctly index your web site.
      5. Page Colors Select a color theme for your page text, hyperlinks, table colors, page background color, etc.
      6. Page Title This is the text that will show up in the title bar of the window.
      7. Page Header This text will show as a bold header on your page. Where, depends on your template.
      8. Page Content This is the text and images that will make up the majority of your web page.
      9. Menu Item If you would like to make the page you are creating a menu item on your template, then just type a title for the menu item and check whether or not you want this page to appear as a menu item in your main and/or footer menus, generated dynamically by your template.
      10. Show in Search results You can make it so that this new page you have created/edited shows, or does not show in search results.
    4. Mass Update Tool
      View/Update the quantities and prices for every single item in your inventory from ONE screen. Even items with modifiers!

    5. Orders Editor
      Search by any number of fields for one or more orders, then click on the one you want from the results screen, to access it. Now, from the Order Editor screen, update the order status, select the shipper and service used, enter/edit a tracking number, run a credit card. You name it. This Editor is easily accessible from many other of the Intranet Editors, Reports, etc., too.
    6. Reports
      Getting demographics and reporting can be important e-Commerce success. Know your customer and cater to what the want.
      1. Orders by Manufacturer View all orders, sorted and page-able by Manufacturer. For instance, if you sell Microsoft products, this will show you all of the Microsoft products you have sold. If you brand your merchandise, this also is a handy feature.
      2. Orders by Customer View all orders placed by a given customer.
      3. Orders for the Day/Unfulfilled View all orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
      4. Taxes charged/collected See how much in taxes you have collected thus far.
      5. Shipping charged/collected See exactly how much has been charged to customers for shipping, what was paid, etc.
      6. Best selling products Which products are selling the best?
      7. Worst selling products Which products aren't moving?
      8. Credit Cards used Which credit cards are most often used?
    7. Shipping Editor
      This is where you configure which Shippers/Carriers you support, custom shipping (by cost, by weight, by quantity), units of measure (lbs/in, kgs/cm), and your domestic and international shipping grid options.

      This is the biggest editor of them all. Control every facet of your site from this screen. What you support, and not support. All of your web site color themes and other settings all come from this editor.

      If your customers purchased digital goods from you, they may download them, and re-download them, at any time.
