How do I know you are doing the job I hired you to do?
There are two reports published on a monthly basis - a statistical report (when hosted with us) which statistically breaks down your site traffic (where it comes from, which pages are most viewed, least and not viewed) and a "High Ranking" report which shows your position on the top ten engines for each of your priority keywords.
How long will it take to see some results?
You will usually notice some rather immediate results, but it generally takes approximately ninety (90) days to start seeing the real results of the promotion efforts.
How many search engines do you place me on?
We submit you to over 1,000, for site exposure, but we focus mainly on the top 19 or so, including Yahoo!, Excite, MSN, Google and the usual. 90% of search engine traffic flows through these top engines.
Will I be placed on Yahoo and/or LookSmart?
That's optional. You only pay their charges for being listed on them.
How do you ensure ongoing results?
We employ a variety of methodologies, including manual submissions, and relevant content pages.
Do I have to pay you 100% up front?
Monthly billing is available, with the setup and first two (2) month's fees paid in advance (that's the minimum). Annual payments will get you a one (1) month discount. All major credit cards are accepted.
What are your monthly billing terms?
We will e-mail an invoice approximately thirty (30) days before the expiration of the paid-up term. If you have placed a credit card on file with us and authorized us to automatically charge it, your card will be charged approximately three (3) days before the expiration of the paid-up term. Otherwise, our advance billing allows sufficient time for your payment to arrive before expiration of the paid-up term.
What if our account becomes delinquent?
We require a major credit card be on file with us, with your express authorization to charge the card, in the event of a delinquency. We will not charge the card for any other reason, absent your authorization to do so. Any invoice which is more than thirty (30) days past due shall bear interest at the lessor of (i) one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month or (ii) the highest rate of interest allowed by law. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue our services at any time and without liability, in the event of a delinquency.
I am looking for a long-term relationship with someone who knows what they are doing.
Our team has over one hundred (100) active customers. Twenty-five (25) of them have been continuously, active customers for a full four (4) years. You'll find that the biggest discriminator in working with us is customer service. Anytime you need to speak to someone, you'll almost always find a live voice readily available to attend to your needs.
What kind of guarantee, if any, do you provide?
We guarantee our best efforts to maximize your web site's visibility on the search engines and we guarantee that you will see results. We understand the web and how to best promote web sites. We also understand how searches are done by the major search engines, link lists and directories and we endeavor to stay current with their ever changing methods. The search engines, link lists and directories, however, control how information is indexed and presented to users and their methods, as well as their databases, are constantly changing. So, even though a well ran promotion may produce additional traffic in the short term, there is no way to guarantee that level of traffic to continue or increase without an ongoing marketing program like we provide. However, as good as we are at our business, no one can really guarantee the best ranking on all search engines or even on one in particular.
