Concepts® is the registered Service Mark of the Provider.
The Service Mark is Registered in the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office and in the Texas Patent and Trademark Office. All other trademarks,
service marks and all other company, brand, product, trade and service
names (collectively, the "Marks") contained in the Content
and contained in, or included with, Commercial Programs are the
Marks of their respective holders. Trademarks, service marks and
the Marks are protected in Texas, the United States and internationally
. No license or right is granted expressly or by implication, estoppel
or otherwise, to use any of the trademarks, service marks or Marks,
except to identify the pertinent holder or the holder's products
or services and no other use of any trademark, service mark or any
of the Marks may be made without the prior, written authorization
of the respective holder.
- Accuracy:
The Content and Commercial Programs have been compiled from internal
and external sources and the Provider uses reasonable efforts to
provide accurate, complete and up-to-date Content and Commercial
Programs. However, such Content and Commercial Programs may be incomplete,
may contain errors or may be out of date and you should verify the
Content and Commercial Programs before you act upon or use them.
The Provider makes no representation or warranty as to the completeness
or accuracy of the Content or Commercial Programs. The Provider
assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions
in the Content or the Commercial Programs, or for any damages to,
or viruses that may infect, your computer equipment or other property,

shall not be liable for any damages or injuries, of any kind, resulting

Site may contain links and references ("Links") to other
Internet sites ("Other Sites"). Such Links are not an
endorsement by the Provider of any kind, but are merely provided
as a convenience. The Provider may not have reviewed the content
of the Other Sites referenced by the Links, is not responsible for
any such content and your access to any such Other Site and your
use of its content is entirely and exclusively at your own risk.
The Provider shall not be liable for any damages or injuries, of
any kind, resulting from your access to Other Sites or your use

the policy of the Provider to use its Customer contact information,
(such as e-mail address, telephone numbers and postal address) for
internal purposes and to not sell or otherwise provide this information
to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy

- Confidentiality:
Subject
to the provisions of our Privacy Statement,
any communication or material you transmit, send or submit to the
Site or Provider or otherwise disclose, including without limitation,
any data, question, suggestion, comment, idea, invention, concept,
technique, formula or program, is and will be treated as non-confidential
and nonproprietary. The Provider and its affiliates may use such
information, knowledge and "know how" contained in any
such communication or material for any purpose whatsoever including,
but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication,
broadcast, posting and developing, manufacturing and marketing products
or services.
- Postings
& Transmissions:
The
Provider may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review discussions,
chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards and other similar
components of the Site ("Interactive Components"), from
time to time. However, the Provider assumes no responsibility or
liability arising from the content of any Interactive Component,
including without limitation any error, defamation, libel, slander,
omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger,
or inaccuracy, and the Provider shall not be liable for any damages
or injuries, of any kind, resulting from the content of any Interactive
Component.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful,
threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory,
pornographic, or profane information and materials or any information
and material that could constitute, or encourage, conduct that
would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability

Government Restricted Rights:
The Content and Commercial Programs browsed or downloaded from the
Site for, or on behalf of, the United States of America, its agencies
and/or instrumentalities, is subject to Restricted Rights. Use,
duplication or disclosure by the US Government is subject to restrictions
as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 and/or subparagraphs
(c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computers Software - Restricted
Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. The manufacturer is the
Provider at the address published on the
Internet, unless otherwise specified elsewhere.
- Liability
& Warranty:
Your
access to the Site, including your use of the Content and Commercial
Programs is entirely and exclusively at your own risk. Neither the
Provider, its shareholders, directors, officers, agents, employees,
affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, associates, suppliers, distributors
and contractors nor any other party involved in creating, producing
or delivering the Site, Content and Commercial Programs assumes
any responsibility or liability therefore and shall not be liable
for any damages or injuries, of any kind, (including, without limitation,
damages for loss of profits, loss of currency, loss of funds, loss
of information, loss of data, loss of good will, business interruption,
loss of use of or access to the Site, Content or Commercial Programs,
or direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential
damages, or pecuniary loss, or any other similar claims), resulting
therefrom, even if the Provider or such other party had been advised

Programs are provided "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE PROVIDER PROVIDES NO
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND THAT THE SITE, CONTENT AND COMMERCIAL PROGRAMS
ARE ERROR FREE, FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS,
OR MEETS YOUR PARTICULAR STANDARDS, REQUIREMENTS OR NEEDS, OR
THAT THE SITE, CONTENT AND COMMERCIAL PROGRAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED
OR CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ACCESS. THE PROVIDER SPECIFICALLY

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR ACCESS TO
