This service allows each individual of an organization or group to have their own e-mail box, without the need to have a their very own Internet access account and telephone/data line. This allows companies, schools and other organizations to provide individual e-mail boxes, which can be accessed over the Internet through a single, shared Internet dial-up account and telephone line or another shared Internet connection. These mail boxes can be accessed over the Internet with any POP3 client, eg. Eudora, Netscape, Pegasus, Outlook, etc. The client's domain name is used in the e-mail address. This service includes Virus Scanning, Spam Filtering and double-redundant back-up mail spoolers to avoid the loss of any e-mail.

Fax Mail
This is a service option available with Company Mail and any of our web site hosting plans. This service is generally used to transmit Internet orders and by those who otherwise have a need to receive e-mail via fax. The fax is sent to a fixed inbound fax telephone number, which is usually a local, 800 or 888 number, to avoid additional long distance telephone charges.
